Email Support Report an Issue from Profile

For support, email support@levelup-football.com. We recommend including your account email, device type, and a short description of what happened.

App Issues

If something looks wrong, freezes, or does not save correctly, use Report an Issue from your Profile page. That report can include helpful device and screen context.

Billing

For subscription or payment questions, include the email used for your account and whether you subscribed on the web or through an app store.

Parent Approval

If an athlete account is waiting for parent or guardian approval, check that the approval email was sent to the correct address and that it did not land in spam.
