Terms of Service

Level Up Football provides football training routines, warmups, cooldowns, mobility routines, exercise references, program setup tools, and progress tracking features for athletes.

Level Up Football is not a school program, team assignment system, medical service, physical therapy service, rehabilitation service, or supervised coaching service.

Training is optional and should be completed safely and appropriately.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Level Up Football account.

If you are 13 to 17 years old, you may create an account, but your workouts and training content will stay locked until a parent or guardian approves your account by email.

Users under 13 may not create an account.

If we learn that an account has been created by a user under 13, we may delete or restrict that account.

For athletes under 18, Level Up Football collects a parent or guardian email address so we can request account approval.

The parent or guardian may approve or decline the account. If approval is not provided, the athlete will not be able to access the workout content.

A parent or guardian may contact us to request account deletion, withdraw consent, or ask questions about the athlete's account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or create safety, privacy, legal, or security concerns.

Level Up Football is built around position-specific training.

During account setup, each athlete chooses one training position. Level Up Football builds the athlete's workouts, progressions, and training library around that position.

Once the account is created, the selected training position cannot be changed from inside the app.

This keeps the training program focused, consistent, and position-specific.

Level Up Football provides general athletic training information. The app does not know your full health history, injury history, fitness level, training environment, supervision, equipment setup, or current sport workload.

Before starting any training program, make sure the activity is appropriate for you.

If you are unsure whether a workout or exercise is safe for you, or if you have an injury, medical condition, pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Athletes under 18 should complete training with appropriate parent, guardian, coach, or adult guidance when needed.

Use safe form, appropriate space, and appropriate equipment. Stop exercising if something feels unsafe, painful, unusual, or beyond your current ability.

Level Up Football is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur from using the app or following training content, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Level Up Football does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation plans, injury assessment, or return-to-play decisions.

The app is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, athletic therapist, trainer, coach, or other qualified professional.

If you have an injury, medical condition, pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other health concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before training.

The app may save training preferences, training position, starting level, workout schedule, completed workouts, training history, and progress information.

Some information may be stored in your account so you can access your training program. Some information may also be stored locally on your device.

We try to keep the app available and working, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available.

Level Up Football may offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.

The free trial is connected to a subscription. To start the free trial, you may need to confirm the subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app store or payment provider.

Level Up Football does not collect or store your credit card information directly.

During the free trial, you can access the subscription features included in the trial.

If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged according to the subscription plan you selected.

For the monthly plan, the subscription is planned to renew at $7.99 CAD per month after the 14-day free trial, unless cancelled before the trial ends.

The exact trial terms, renewal date, price, taxes, and billing details will be shown before you confirm the subscription.

Level Up Football may offer paid subscriptions for full access.

Current planned subscription options are:

Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and available plans will be shown before purchase. The price shown at the time of purchase in the app store or payment screen is the price that applies to that purchase.

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app store, billing is managed by that app store account.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the app store's rules or the payment provider's rules.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you start a free trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.

To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends. Some app stores may require cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

To cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app store, you must cancel it through your app store account settings.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged after the trial ends, subject to the app store's rules.

If you cancel after being charged, you may continue to have access until the end of the current paid billing period, depending on the app store or payment provider's rules.

Level Up Football cannot cancel an app store subscription for you if the subscription is managed by Apple, Google, or another app store.

If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app store, refunds are handled by that app store according to its policies.

Level Up Football does not control app store billing, refund decisions, renewal notices, or cancellation processing.

If you believe there has been a billing issue, you should contact the app store or payment provider that processed the purchase.

Level Up Football may update pricing, free trial offers, paid features, subscription options, or included content from time to time.

We may add, change, remove, or limit workouts, routines, programs, features, or training content at any time.

If required, notice of subscription price changes or major access changes will be provided according to applicable app store rules and laws.

Level Up Football, including its name, logo, design, training routines, workout descriptions, exercise library, written content, program structure, app layout, and visual design, belongs to Level Up Football or its owner.

You may use the app for your own personal training.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, screenshot for redistribution, post, teach from, or otherwise share Level Up Football content without written permission.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, comments, bug reports, or feature ideas, you agree that we may use them to improve Level Up Football without owing you payment or credit.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or violates another person's rights.

You may request deletion of your account from inside the app or by contacting us at support@levelup-football.com.

A parent or guardian may request deletion of an under-18 athlete's account.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless we are required or permitted to keep certain information for legal, security, billing, dispute resolution, backup, or recordkeeping reasons.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through an app store. You must cancel any active subscription through your app store account settings.

We may update, change, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users inside the app or by email.

Your continued use of Level Up Football after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Level Up Football does not make guarantees about training outcomes, athletic performance, injury prevention, team selection, playing time, scholarship opportunities, app availability, or specific results.

Your use of Level Up Football is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Level Up Football and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, loss of opportunity, injury, or other damages related to use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded or limited.

If you download, start a free trial, or purchase Level Up Football through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app store, your use of the app may also be subject to that app store's terms, rules, and policies.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the app store's required terms, the app store's required terms may apply to the extent required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules.
